Thomas Nathan Taylor, 61, passed away on March 7, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida. Thomas was born in Jacksonville, Florida on January 23, 1955 to Dewey Clarence Taylor and Margaret Hayes. Thomas lived in Perry, Florida, and Key West, FL. He went to Lake Forest Elementary School and graduated from at Ribault High School. He also participated in Boy Scouts. After completely high school he joined the U.S. Army. After his military service Thomas work at several different jobs. He loved camping, fishing, motorcycles and taking care of his mother. Thomas was always willing to help his older brother, Charles, whenever needed. He is preceded in death by his father, Dewey Clarence Taylor; grandfather, C.H. Hayes Sr.; grandmother, Clara Hayes. He is survived by his mother at 95 years of age, Margaret Taylor; older brother, Charles Taylor; and his sister, Bunny Howard. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park, 2600 Ribault Scenic Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32208. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
