

Vivian was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida.
She worked the hardest job known, homemaker raising, teaching and caring for children. She was very outgoing and energized by people, especially her family and friends. She loved all kinds of activities and was very extroverted. Vivian would make her decisions based on fact and logic and would take the necessary action required. She always felt comfortable jumping into action and planned on the go. She seemed to feel flexible and free in the choices she made and planned everything out
Vivian is predeceased by her father and mother: John W. Roberts and Emma S. Seewing; she is predeceased by her husband; Frank T. Gore. Vivian and Frank were married at Edgewood Avenue Christian Church on June 2, 1946.
Vivian has five siblings: John; Donald; Walter; Shirley and Lucille. She is survived by her children; Linda Bergeron; Frances Hawk; Sharon Foreman and her brother Frank G. Gore. Vivian is survived by 22 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
There will be a visitation service on Monday, January 25 at 10:00 am at Hardage-Giddens Edgewood Funeral Home at 729 South Edgewood Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32205; followed by the funeral service. The interment will immediately follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, 2600 Ribault Scenic Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32208.
