Westray Carl “Willie” Speke, 56, passed away at his home Wednesday, September 2, 2009. Mr. Speke was a native of Paterson, New Jersey and had lived most of his life in Jacksonville. Survivors include a daughter, Stephanie Hardisty of South Carolina; two sons, West Lee Speke, his wife Danielle, of Mobile, Alabama and Nelson Speke, his wife Kayla, of Jacksonville; four sisters, Pat, Maggie, Rachael and Wanda; one granddaughter, Emily Speke and other loving family and friends. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 9714 Ridge Boulevard, Jacksonville with his two sons officiating.
