Prior to retirement he was employed by the City of Jacksonville Water Department and the Philips Garden Store in Jacksonville.
Mr. Morse is preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Usry Morse.
He is survived by his Father and Step-mother, William H. Jr. and Linda Morse of St. Augustine, FL and his sister, Sharon Mortimer (Bill) of St. Augustine and his step-sister, Jennifer Jones of St. Petersburg, FL. Also surviving are his nephews, Daniel and Matthew Crews and a great-nephew, Isaiah Crews, his aunts, Shirley Guthrie and Joanne Neff, many cousins and his Fiancé, Judy Lynn McLaughlin- Johnson and her granddaughters, Jordan, Jaida and Janay.
The family will have private services at a later date.
