TINSLEY, William T. “Bill” Tinsley, III, 73, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017. Mr. Tinsley was born in Tampa, Florida and had lived in Jacksonville for over 50 years. A graduate of LSU in 1965, he attended St. Paul United Methodist Church and was retired as a partner in the accounting firm of Hartman, Blitch & Gartside. Survivors include his daughter, Cindy Tinsley Talley (Kevin); his son, William T. Tinsley IV (Christine); 1 sister, Susan Tinsley; 1 brother, Tim Tinsley (Adriane); 2 grandchildren, William & Wendy; niece, Ellen; and a nephew, Blaine. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, April 28, at St. Paul United Methodist Church, with Revs. Michael Shockley and August Richard officiating.
