He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Wieslawa Pilecki of Jacksonville, FL; sons, Krzysztof Pilecki (Kosia) of Chicago, IL and Andrzei Pilecki of Chicago, IL; step-daughter, Izabela Jakubowska of Poland; brother, Edward Pilecki of Chicago, IL; sister, Alina of Poland; grandson, Kamil Pilecki of Chicago, IL; step-granddaughters, Emelia and Julita Jakubowska of Poland; along with other family members and friends.
Wladyslaw will be laid to rest at St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleums, 6800 Milwaukee Ave. Niles, IL 60714.
