She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Fain Sr. and her brothers Fred Sykes and Ray Sykes.
She is survived by her mother Alice Dasno of Watertown, NY, her sons, Alvin C. Fain Jr. of Jacksonville and Thomas E. Fain (Sabrina) of Clarksville, TN, her adopted daughter Melissa Fannin of King’s Mountain, brothers John Sykes, Chris Sykes and Mark Sykes, sisters Patricia Farrell and Vicki Giles, grandson Thomas Earl Fain, Jr., granddaughter Brittany Nicole Lyday, step grandson James Barnes, and step granddaughter Jewel Neathery.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday at Johnson Funeral Home of Jacksonville from 6 – 8 PM, and a memorial graveside service for Debra will be held at Coastal Carolina Veteran’s Cemetery on Thursday at 2 PM.
