Paul Eugene Lanier

Paul E. Lanier, 77 of Hubert, NC passed away at his home early Saturday morning. Paul loved with his whole heart. He served our country with honor and pride, raised five children with the same dedication, commitment, and love. Today we honor his life and cherish principles that he taught us. To love, respect and cherish our family and friends. He is survived by his son, Chris Lanier of Birmingham, his loving and caring partner, Bonnie Koren of Hubert, his step children, Sherry Klaus of Arkansas. Cindy Erby of Alaska, Steve and Craig Pickard of Birmingham, Christy Koren of Raleigh and Ron Koren of Roanoke, 13 grandchildren and a great grandchild. A visitation for Paul will be held at Johnson Funeral Home of Jacksonville, NC on Monday evening from 7-9 PM. A service celebrating Paul's life will be held on Tuesday at Johnson Funeral Home at 11 AM with Pastor Randall Pierce officiating. Interment will follow the service at Coastal Carolina State Veteran's Cemetery of Jacksonville.Arrangements under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville, NC.
