Family will be receiving friends at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 1 until 2 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Old Prospect Independent Church Cemetery. Bryan Richardson will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles V Windham Sr. and Katherine Windham; siblings, Deborah Davis, Jannice Bailey, Fred Bouchard and Angeline Bouchard; and grandparents, Edward David and Evie Haygood Windham, and Marcus T and Cecilia M. Crail.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia “Trish” Windham; daughters, Angela Windham Chambers (Jeremy) and Charlsea Windham Dang (Johnny); grandchildren, Alison “Ali” Chambers, Jayla Chambers, Sophie Dang and Lilian Dang; brother, Marcus Bouchard (Linda); stepmother, Joyce Windham; stepbrother, Michael Shepherd (Teresa); and a host of nieces, nephews and friends
