James Terry Duggar, 78, of Jasper, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016, at Huntsville Hospital. A private service was held Tuesday, May 24, 2016. James was a graduate of Howard now Samford University, and a retired social worker for Walker County Department of Human Relations. He is survived by his brother, Joseph F Duggar (Toni); niece, Amy D. Jones; and grand-nephews, Adam Jones and Paul Jones
