Jerry Scott Thompson Jerry Scott Thompson, 48, of Jasper, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014, at his residence. Visitation will be today, Sept. 12, 2014, from 10 until 11 a.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral service will be today, Sept. 12, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel. Allen Beasley will officiate. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Thompson was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virginia Hiller Kilgore and Ralph Kilgore and Willodean Blanton Thompson and Willard Thompson. He is survived by his parents, Eva Gail Kilgore Thompson and Jerry Thompson; aunts and uncles, Ryan and Jan Kilgore Rowland, Brian and Kathie Kilgore Hendricks, Larry Thompson and Albert Thompson; best friend, Todd Thompson; and a host of cousins and relatives.
