Family will receive friends today, September 29, 2020, from 10 to 11 a.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 11 a.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Tubbs Church of Christ Cemetery. Steve Vice will officiate.
Lance worked in construction for many years until he retired. He enjoyed taking care of Tubbs Church of Christ Cemetery over the years and loved riding around old county roads. He will be missed by many.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Ellen Romine Bonner; parents, James Bonner, and Emma Tubbs Bonner; siblings, Leo Bonner, Tean Jones, Jewel Homan, and Johnnie Ford.
He is survived by his children, Pam Vice (Steve) of Jonesboro, Georgia, Jeff Bonner (Dina) of Oakman, Joe Bonner of Oakman, Jan Avery (Bobby Joe) of Parrish, Karen Cates (Ricky) of Winfield, James Bonner (Larinda) of Oakman; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
