Joseph Lee Phillips

Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 1 until 2 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 2 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Sunlight Baptist Cemetery. Richard Harbin will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Watts Phillips; parents, William Joseph Phillips and Mary Phillips Brom; siblings, Travis Baker, Dub Baker, Faye Mooney, Novel Dugan, Ola Benson, Hettie Farley, Nettie Drummond, Elzie Weddle, Dovie Nance, Myrtle Morrow, Geneva Reid, Lovenie Neal, Ollie Phillips, Roy Phillips and Travis Phillips.

He is survived by his children, Scotty Livingston, Penny Phillips, Kristy Taylor (Wesley); grandchildren, Jennifer Royster (David), Brittany Phillips, Gabe Taylor and Jacy Gann; great grandchildren, Haley Royster, Preston Royster, Addison Royster and Emma Royster; siblings, Ray Baker, Betty Harbin (Richard), Mack Phillips and Roger Phillips (Cheryl); in-laws, Betty Sue Brown (Ronnie), Carylon Compton (Gary) and Debra Garrett (Billy) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dale Phillips and Brannon Garrett.

Pallbearers will be Ben Pinter, Ryan Hall, Kevin Harbin, Marty Bridgman, Jimmy Couch and Tim Farley.
