

Jeannine Windle Phillips, 64, of Jasper, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025, at home after battling acute myeloid leukemia. Family will receive friends Sunday, January 19, 2025, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Boldo Memorial Gardens. Todd Hunter and J.D. Dickerson will officiate.
Jeannine had an impact on each person she interacted with. She was courageous, inspirational, kind, loving, funny, full of joy, a ball of fire that showed us what can be accomplished with determination and persistence. She lived her life to the fullest, despite her many challenges. Her greatest joys and accomplishments were the gifts of being a Mom and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her father, Novie Dreher; brother, Landon Dreher; grandparents, Howard and Josie Dreher and Elmer and Elma Kitchens.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Phillips; children, Leah Bagwell, Brittany Legvold (Garth), and Erica Nunn (Tyler); grandchildren, Charlotte Bagwell, Selah Bagwell Naomi Bagwell, Kinsley Legvold, Whitt Legvold, Parker Legvold, Anders Legvold, Cael Legvold, Hudson Nunn, and Caden Nunn; great grandchild, Dakota Waid; mother, Jean Waid; brother, Randall Dreher (Tia); and sister-in-law, Wanda Dreher; also survived by Charlie, fur baby.
Pallbearers will be Dwain Dreher, David Hagood, James (JD) Dreher, Garth Legvold, Tyler Nunn, and Alan Graves.
