Mr. Milton Dyer Martin

Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, July 1, 2021, from 1 until 2 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 2 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. Johnny Martin will officiate.

Milton was born on January 3, 1958 in Parrish. He was employed with P&M Mines and Chevron Coal Company. He was a member of UMWA Local # 1926. Milton was a loving father, grandfather, brother and son. He loved to farm and fish.

He was preceded in death by his sons, Jeremiah Martin, Joshua Little and Jake Martin; grandchildren, Kenadie Grace Martin; parents, Richard and Marilyn Martin; grandparents, Spencer and Mildred Poe and Oliver and Vera Martin.

He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Martin; son, Zack Martin (Linda); grandchildren, Cassidy Christiansen (Jazz), Landon Martin, Abbie Martin and Brooklyn Martin; brother, Steve Martin (Vickie); sister, Rhonda Blackwell (Ricky), and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Honorary Pallbearers will be UMWA Local 1926.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Cosby, Jamie Gardner, Steve Aultman, Rodney McCough, Kevin Edmonson and Keith Edmonson.
