Mr. Paul Harbin Hale

Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, December 27, 2018, from 1 until 2 p.m., at Jasper’s First Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at 2 p.m., at Jasper’s First Baptist Church, with Kilgore-Green Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Conrad Howell will officiate.

Paul Harbin Hale, born September 1, 1961, in Greenville, AL, he grew up as a child in Pine Apple, AL with eighteen first cousins and had many happy memories that he often shared with close friends and family.

He was the son of Carl Estis Hale and Georgie Ruth Hale and brother to William Carl “Bill” Hale, Benjamin Estis “Ben” Hale, and Keren Ruth Hale Elkins.

He had a special and endearing love for his nephew and nieces Matthew Reid Hale (Kati), great nephew Cannon Estis Hale and was eager to welcome a little great niece who will be born in May. Also nieces Abigail Ruth Hale Roan (Parker), Sara Elizabeth Hale Murphy (Skyler), Lydia Grace Hale, who lovingly called him Uncle Paul, great nephew Patrick Benjamin Murphy and his little sister Lillian who will be born in January.

Paul graduated from Walker High School, Auburn University and received his Masters Degree from Samford. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Jasper, AL. He was employed by TPR Federal Mogul in Lawrenceburg, TN. For those who knew him and loved him he will be remembered as a generous, loving, family member, with a deep and compassionate love for family and friends with whom he shared unique stories of fond memories. He will be remembered by many and missed by all who shared his love.
