We were so sorry to hear of your loss of your mom. However, at 95 and a great legacy that her and Joe left we consider it a great life lived.  Our hearts go out to our four friend "brat" sons and the rest of the family members. A true lasting legacy for her and your dad.  Sorry i  found out too late to make it down there. Take care to all.

Sending thoughts and prayers on the loss of your mother.  Not only was she a devoted wife and mother, but also a faithful servant of the Clarksville Christian Church with her many years serving as the church Treasurer.
I am so thankful  to have had the opportunity to enjoy serving and working with her for several years in church. She was a fine example of Christian living to many of us other younger girls who later became wives and mothers.

The “Joe Davises” and the “Bob Davises” have always shared a special bond, lovingly forged over countless summers in PA or CT, and across the years and miles - and a huge part of that was thanks to the loving friendship between Aunt Lois and our mom Agnes. The soundtrack of our youth was hearing our folks laughing together, the menu was Aunt Lois’ incomparable biscuits and ice tea on their patio, the well-traveled path was the PA Turnpike, the shopping list was the local tag sale listings, and the movie of our youth is captured somewhere thanks to her Super 8 camera. She was warm and welcoming here or there, always made us feel at ease, and above all else, her love for Uncle Joe had no boundaries. We are blessed for having Aunt Lois in our lives, and our heartfelt condolences are with her boys, their families, and with everyone who shared time and love with her.

I always enjoyed any family event or gathering even more when Lois was there. She always was easy to talk to and no matter how much
