Mary McCann

She was born September 22, 1967 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Stanley W. Bedosky Sr. and Vivian Walters Bedosky.

Mrs. McCann was a graduate of Waynesburg Central High School Class of 1985 and a 1989 graduate of Waynesburg College with a BSN. She had also attained her Master’s Degree in Nursing.

She was a nurse at SCI Greene in Waynesburg. She had formerly worked at the Curry Home, Southwest Regional Medical Center and Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She also had taught some nursing courses at Waynesburg University.

Mrs. McCann was a member of St. Ann RC Church, Waynesburg.

On December 21, 1996 she married, Greg McCann who survives.

Also surviving in addition to her husband are a brother, Stanley W. Bedosky Jr. of Morgantown, WV; four sisters, Karen Teegarden (Mike) of Lippencott, Christine Langley of Dubois, Debbie Bedosky-Jones (Chuck) of Pittsburgh, and Gloria Bedosky of Cleveland, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 pm Saturday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Sunday, in the Behm Funeral Homes, Inc., 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2015.
