Barbara A McCormick

Barbara A. McCormick, of Jensen Beach passed away at Treasure Coast Hospice on December 25, 2015. She was a friend of Bill W. and Dr. Bob for 42 years. She resided at Ocean Breeze Park Resort. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 2, 1938, Barbara moved to Boston, Massachusetts before settling on the Treasure Coast of Florida.

Beloved wife of Malcolm "Mal" McCormick of Jensen Beach, Florida, mother of Diane Cheeks of Bluffton, South Carolina, Cheryl Butya of Avella, Pennsylvania; son, Gilbert "Skip" Dreger, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Her son James Swanson, of Jensen Beach passed away in 2014.

Barbara was a member of The Red Hat Society and Church of Christ.

A gathering of friends and family will take place from 2-5 pm at Aycock Funeral Home in Jensen Beach, Florida on Sunday January 3, 2016 with a Funeral Service at Aycock Funeral Home in Jensen Beach on Monday January 4, 2016 at 10am. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Jensen Beach.
