Carlos was the former owner/operator of Clifton Plumbing Supplies, in Clifton, NJ. He was of the Catholic faith. He was a member of American Legion in Jensen Beach post #126.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Rita Cioffi of Jensen Beach, FL, two daughters, Janet Madrigal of Valley Cottage, NY and Catherine (Dave) Plate of West Nyack, NY, three sons, Thomas (Debbie) Cioffi of Reading, PA, Michael (Maura) Cioffi of West Nyack, NY, Chris Cioffi of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
