

Klemence (Klem) Mitchell Adamski, Jr., age 67 of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away on April 4, 2022. Klem was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 29, 1954 to parents, Elaine Owsiak and Klemence Mitchell Adamski Sr.
Klem was married to Dana Blackner Adamski on June 14, 1986. He is survived by his wife, Dana; mother Elaine Adamski; brother, Walter Adamski; sister-in-law, Susan Adamski ; and sister, Mary Reiner Bozikovich. Klem is preceded in death by his father, Klemence Mitchell Adamski, Sr. , grandparents, several aunts and uncles, and nephew, Christopher Adamski.
Klem graduated the University of South Florida in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the College of Business Administration and was a Certified Public Accountant. In 2014, he retired from 35 years of distinguished service with the Federal Government, Defense Contract Audit Agency, most recently in the position of Regional Area Manager. Over the tenure of his employment, Klem received multiple commendations and awards for his exceptional performance at the Agency.
Klem’s passion was boating and fishing on inland and off-shore waters. He was well versed in world history and geography, was a classical music enthusiast, wood worker, an urban farmer and gourmet home chef specializing in ethnic dishes. Klem and Dana never missed an opportunity to scope out local museums and art exhibits when traveling and attended advanced courses to study in depth the works of the Renaissance and Impressionist painters.
Klem will be most remembered for his special brand of humor, generosity, his intelligence and being a devoted and cherished husband to Dana and a much loved son, brother and friend.
The Service and Celebration of Life Reception will be held at Aycock Funeral Home, 950 NE Jensen Beach Blvd in Jensen Beach FL on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. The reception will begin at 11:00 AM followed by a 12 noon blessing and service.
