Charlotte Louise Whaley, age 82, of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Lloyd Rader and Dessie Wills Rader.
A Private Committal Service and Interment will be held in the Garden of the Last Supper at Monte Vista Memorial Park.
