Doug and I are so saddened to hear this.
Our times spent with him were at our church yard sales, picnics, celebrations, Sunday breakfast after mass, and visiting downtown Sisters OR. 
Joan and Leo were actually going to be our sponsors if we were able to marry in the Catholic Church. Unfortunately my husband and I were not granted permission so we just had our marriage blessed. 
It was sad when they moved away (so greatly missed)

Joan, I just heard of Leo’s passing this week.  I am so truly sorry for your loss.  I treasured your friendship as neighbors.  It was a loss to all your neighbors and friends when you moved.  I know Leo is in good hands now and not in any pain.  He is in Heaven with our
