Roy David Garland, age 52, of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, a son of the late Roy Staten Garland and Shirley Christine Oliver Garland.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Melinda Kiser; two aunts, Brenda Avery and Patricia Miller; and a cousin, Sharon Oliver.
There will be no formal services held.
The family of Mr. Roy David Garland is in the care of Monte Vista Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
