Betty L. Ford, 89 of Johnstown, passed away at Village of Westerville on July 14, 2011. Born on June 22, 1922 to the late Harry and Edith (Green) Rice in Johnstown, Ohio. Funeral service on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 2:00pm at The Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, Ohio 43031 with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery, Johnstown, Ohio. Survived by husband of 65 years, George Ford , son Gary (Sharon) Ford, grandson Ryan (Andrea) Ford. Preceded in death by brother Lee Rice.
