Dean enjoyed hikes in the mountains and fishing. .
Dean is survived by his mother Elwanda Hensley, his fiancée Sherra Payne, daughter Emily L. Hensley, sister Cathy Marie Hollis, nephew Ryan Hollis along with a large extended family and lots of good friends.
Dean is preceded in death by his father Harold Dean Hensley Sr., and two infant sisters.
