Kelly Lynne Lowe, 42, of Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at her residence. She was born on July 16, 1980 in Barberton, OH, a daughter to Richard and Lynne (Evans) Lowe. In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her brother, Erik Lowe; uncle, Norm (Bobbie) Evans; aunt, Cynthia (Yukio Kataoka) Lowe; longtime friend, Sean Oliver and numerous cousins. Honoring the family’s wishes, cremation will take place.
