Leonard Michael Ryan Leonard, 17, of Johnstown, lost his battle with Pulmonary Hypertension on January 24, 2015 at Children's Hospital. He was born on December 1, 1997, in Columbus, a son to Michael and Robin (Kneisley) Leonard. He is survived by his siblings, Brian (Amy) and Emily; grandparents, Tom (Judy) Kneisley; uncles, Tom (Melissa) Kneisley, Jason (Tiffanie) Kneisley and David (Paula); aunt, Kelly and cousins, Aidan, Krystal and Arica. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at CROUSE-KAUBER-SAMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.
