Michael "Mike" W. Revercomb

Michael “Mike” W. Revercomb, 58, of Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, after a battle with cancer, he was surrounded by his wife and family. Memorial services will be at 2 PM on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N. Main Street, Johnstown, OH., with Pastor Bryan Grove officiating.

Mike was born March 28, 1954 in Newark, OH., he was a hard working man who loved life, his family, and friends. He was a groundskeeper for Blacklick Metro Parks in 1972, worked at Ebco Manufacturing from 1977 to 1996 in Customer Parts, he also was employed by Johnstown-Monroe School District from 1997 to current as a custodial maintenance. He touched so many lives and he was greatly loved. He will be sadly missed.

Mike is survived by his wife of 24 years, Jeanne, son, Jeremy, sister Sue (Bill) Jacks, step-son, Steven (Carrie) Byers, grandchildren, Sierra Gast, Skylar Holland, Nathan Byers, Chase Byers, Brooklyn Byers, Aiden, Malachi, and Teagan Revercomb, niece, Heather (Jason) Bailey, great nephews, Corbin and Bryce Bailey, nephew, Ed Jacks, great niece, Kasse, special friends, Mary and Frank Sanford, Don and Mary Alice Turner. Preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Dorothy (Rautenbush) Revercomb and his son, Jason.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the funeral home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM.
