30-40 years ago Officer Paul would stop in our grooming shop about twice a month. The young men and women I worked with would quake due to his growl and ruff domineer. I on the other hand would chuckle, which he did not appreciate. I'll remember him with a smile.

I was his partner on the solo m/c squad. We did have some fun times together other than writing traffic tickets. Good memories. I remember chasing a stolen car on a rainy night down the freeway at about 100 mph and I glanced at him and he had his hands on the head liner praying the Lords prayer. We caught it. Rest in peace partner. I'll see you again some day.

I remember Paul working in the radio room. He was one of several that could dispatch a run then give you very specific directions to get there. Second to none in coordinating and keeping track of multiple crusiers responding to a priority run. I worked with Paul on 7 pct. for several years. Very professional, fun to be around and frequently earned a new nickname :-)

Godspeed Paul.
