Ralph “Jerry” Wood, 62, of Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at St. Ann’s Hospital. He was born on October 30, 1959 in Columbus, OH, a son to Ralph Wood and the late Ruth (Blaine) Wood. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Linda Wood; daughters, Stefanie (Nicholas) Dolder and Kendra Wood; grandchildren, Dakota, Brantley, Bryson and Paisley Dolder; siblings, Elizabeth Moran, Michael (Shelly) Wood, Laura VanScoy-Andrews, Joseph (Wanda) Wood and Mark (Bobbi) Wood; brother-in-law, Fred Geiger and Doug (Shelley) Geiger; sister-in-law, Diana (Brad) Seymour and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, Jerry is also preceded in death by his brother-in-laws, Rod Geiger, William Moran and Keith Andrews. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031. Funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
