Billie James Neal, 82, passed on July 21, 2012 in Riverdale, Georgia. A Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 23rd, at the Tara Garden Chapel in Jonesboro, GA. Mr. Neal was born November 13, 1929, to Jessie Mae Robinson and Arville Neal. He was a military officer in the United States Army during the Korean War. He retired at age 38, and again at 62,spending his days as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, growing fresh vegetables, and playing pinochle at the VFW. Mr. Neal was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Neal, and his son, Franklin Neal. He is survived by his spouse, Chun Cha Neal; sister, Nancy Eslinger; 1 daughter and 1 son and their spouses; Dianne and Rodney Harris, Peter and Maritza; and 2 sons Richard Neal and Edward Neal; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson.
