Juan Martinez Rodriquez age 70 of Lake City, Ga. passed away April 13, 2010 in the Southern Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday May 22, 2010 in the chapel of Horis A. Ward-Tara Chapel Funeral Home at 2:00 pm with Pastor Ruben Rodriquez officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Friday May 21st from 5-8 pm. Mr. Rodriquez is survived by a Daughter: Sonia Martinez. 5 Grandchildren: Monica and Gilberto Gomez, Daniel and Hector Martinez and Gorge Beltran. 2 Great-Grandchildren: Isabel and Selena Bueno. 2 Sisters: Marcelina Martinez and Sofia Martinez. 1 Brother: Adauco Martinez. He is preceded in death by his wife: Maria Diaz Martinez, Parents: Jesus Martinez and Marcelina Rodriquez. Horis A.
