Lucile R. Owens

Lucile is predeceased by her husband, Oliver Travis Owens Sr.; three children, Virginia Knowles, James Owens and Charles "Chuck" Owens.

Lucile leaves to cherish her precious memories, two sons, Oliver Travis Owens Jr. and Roy (Sharon) Lawrence Owens; one daughter, Dorothy (Wayne) Jean Bruce; thirteen grandchildren, Tony Knowles, Jeff Knowles, Ken Knowles, Ginger Walker, Leslie Owens, Steve Owens, Waylan Bruce, Wanda Owens, Rodney Owens, Kevin Owens, Heather Owens, Matthew Owens and Donah Owens; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great- great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Lucile R. Owens will be Thursday, August 15, 2019 5pm-7pm at Tara Garden Chapel Funeral Home 681 North Avenue, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236. Funeral service will be Friday August 16, 2019 at Tara Garden Chapel Funeral Home at 12 noon. Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Garden 6841 Tara Boulevard, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236 following the service. Officiating Pastor David Riley.
