He served in World War II and retired from General Motors after 38 years. He began to share the good news with others on May 3, 1958.
Rev. Robert Tedford is survived by his wife Elizabeth; four children: William Robert Tedford, Jr. (Cathy), Matt Tedford (Sonya), Judy Campbell (Mike), and Joan Cain (Bill); 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Tara Garden Chapel, 681 North Ave. Jonesboro, GA 30236. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Tara Garden Chapel at 2 pm. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.
