David graduated from Upper Sandusky High School. He married Laura Ann Prior-Zeigler and toghther they shared 34 years of marriage. He was President and CEO of his building company, Zeigler & Associates, Inc. for 28 years. He was a trustee at United Methodist in Danbury, Connecticut. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye's fan, liked gardening, listening (e.g., repository for everyone's feelings), a little league coach, a regular volunteer for Appalachia Service Project and was a solutions-oriented problem-solving man of the world.
He is survived by three sons, Jesse Zeigler (Shazdeh), Madison Zeigler (Hunter) and Aidan Zeigler; a
granddaughter, Liadan Zeigler; a brother, Charles "Chuck" Zeigler and two sisters, Edith Zeigler and Sharon Zeigler.
A visitation for David will be held Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 PM.
