Mr. Palmateer was born on November 5, 1941 in Amsterdam, New York to the late Romayne Palmateer and Katherine Elder Palmateer.
Survivors include his wife, Kim Palmateer, Jupiter, FL.; daughters, Heather Clay, Palm Beach Gardens, FL., and Kelly Palmateer, Jupiter, FL.; brother, John Palmateer, Lighthouse Point, FL.; also uncle and aunt, Roy and Penny Palmateer, South Pasadena, FL.
Visitation for Mr. Palmateer will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 4:30 until memorial services begin at 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Morse Life Foundations, 4847 Fred Gladstone Drive, West Palm Beach, FL., 33417 , Attn: Tributes.
