

Jeffery Adinolfe, known to family and friends as Jeff, passed away on July 18, 2025, at age 67. Jeff was born in Buffalo, NY November 15, 1957. He graduated from Bennett High School in Buffalo, NY. Jeff was a proud service member in the Navy on the U.S.S John F. Kennedy during the Vietnam War. He was predeceased by both his parents: mother, Judy Adinolfe, father, Joseph Adinolfe and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Jeff loved and supported his family fiercely. His survivors include his wife of 15 years, Melissa, children with his ex-wife, Kathy: son- Jeremy Sommers (Kristin-grandchildren: John Paul, Kylie and Kailynn), daughter- Anna (Tim-grandchildren: Emily, Sydney and Riley), son-Mark (Natalie-granddaughter: Valerie), and his step children (whom he adopted) with Melissa: son-Taylor Rawls and daughter-Katherine Rawls. Brothers: John (Michele), Joe (Jolynn), Jim (Dusty), Jay (Jill), step-mother Julie Adinolfe, step-brother Jeffy Martin along with many nieces and nephews.
Jeff was very proud of the company, Atlas Signs, that he co-founded and co-owned in 1992 with his brothers. His work with the company granted him a path to the organization Palm Beach Executives, an inclusion which he found much pride and joy in. In 2018, Jeff had to reduce his involvement with the company due to health concerns after 26 years. Jeff continued at Atlas weekly -up until last week.
Jeff had an incredible number of passions and hobbies. A partial list includes Car Collecting, Car Racing, Casinos-Especially Blackjack, Gun Collecting, Fishing, Scuba Diving, Riding Motorcycles, and spending time at home with his wife. An avid fan of the Buffalo Bills, he could be found on the couch with the animals on game day. His well-known passion for cars began at one of his first jobs-working at a gas station in Buffalo. He most recently adopted and cared for a stray cat, Missy Kitty, who would snuggle up to him in his lap every day.
The kindness and compassion Jeff showed to others was well known. He granted many opportunities to those who otherwise may not have had them and provided immense support for family and friends. His joy for life and those around him will be forever remembered by all who met him. Jeff was dearly loved by all who knew him and his impact on the lives of the people he met will be forever remembered.
A celebration of life for Jeff will be held Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458. Our deepest gratitude to Aycock-Riverside for their solemn assistance.
