After graduating from Loyola University, Nicke had a career in mortgage lending for many years. Nicke was a familiar and friendly face in the Jupiter community through her hard work at the local business Country Tees. She was loving, caring, and thoughtful, and she was friendly to everyone she met. She enjoyed playing the NYT puzzles games every night with her husband. She enjoyed staying active through yoga and biking as well as traveling to new places for hiking. And she especially loved playing, singing, and cuddling with her grandchildren. She was very active in the St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church community over the years, including Sunday School, Greek School, and the Daughters of Penelope Leda #59.
Nicke joins her parents, Joanne and James Dalber, in heaven.
Nicke is survived by her husband, Steve and a host of devoted loved ones, Joanna, Demi, Paul, Laura, Maria, Mike, Vanessa, Kristopher, Anthony, Ferry, Aspen, Adelaide, and especially her grandchildren, Chrisanna, Melina, and Aster.
