Nicole Marie Rivera

Nicole Marie Rivera 28 of Jupiter, Florida passed away on September 17th, 2016 after a ten year

courageously fought battle with Leukemia. Until her final moments she was surrounded by her

dedicated and loving family. She was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Nelson Rivera and her

devoted mother Wanda Laracuente who was by her side every moment of her illness and loved

her through it all.

Nicole was a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a sister-in-law, a niece, an aunt and a cousin.

The role she cherished most was that of mother to Liam Nelson(4 years old) and Logan Ha (2

years old) whom she miraculously gave birth to during a period of remission. Her sons were her

entire world and the reason she pushed herself to keep fighting even when facing the day seemed

impossible. She will continue to live on through them. We will be reminded of her every time we

look into Liam’s eyes or witness Logan smile.

She is preceded in death by her father Nelson Rivera who welcomed her home with loving arms.

She is survived by her mother Wanda Laracuente, her sons Liam and Logan Nguyen, her

boyfriend Ha Nguyen, her brothers Nelson, Xavier, Robert, Eric and Jordan. Other survivors

include her stepparents Nelson and Rosa Heredia, her maternal grandmother Carmen Milagros

Laracuente. Her nieces and nephews Jaden, Faith, Gabriel, Cassidy, Elijah, Jarxya, Bella,

Karson, Emma, Darnel, Nevaeh, and Alexia along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and

extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 24th at 6:00 pm until 6:30 pm with visitation

to continue after service until 8:00 pm at Aycock Funeral Home 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida 33458.
