Roberta Ann Jackson, age 78, of Jupiter passed away on January 25, 2016 in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was born on November 11, 1937 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of Jack and Ann Riggs, and resided in Weymouth, MA for more than 30 years. She is predeceased by her devoted husband of nearly 50 years, Robert. She is survived by her son, Bill (Robyn); sister, Pat; grandchildren: Branden, Brooke, Brady, and Bryce.
Roberta was a wonderful wife, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. Her love for children was evident by her 30 year career as a school bus driver. Prior to this, she was secretary to the President of Boston Gear Works.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County Hospice. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 28 from 6-8pm at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center. Burial will be on Friday, January 29 at 10:15am at the South Florida National Cemetery.
