

Age 56, of Tequesta, FL passed away on April 29, 2013. Born in Miami FL, on September 7, 1957 to Ann Francis Roberts Morley and (U.S Marine Corps. Colonel) Richard James Morley she graduated from Spring Hill College, Mobile, AL with a BS in Computer Science and spent her career as an IT Analyst. Most recently she established a giclee business to continue the artistic legacy of her much admired mother, the well known artist “Frantic Ann”. Her happiest times were spent on the water whether sailing competitively on Mobile Bay or cruising along with her beloved friends. Her grace, talent and artistic flair were reflective in her home and garden where she had a gift for creating warm and beautiful spaces. She also had a passion for animals and over the years opened her heart and her home providing a loving refuge to many rescue dogs, including River, her most recent companion.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves to honor her memory sisters Jane Elizabeth Morley of Borrego Springs CA. and Susan Margaret Ecenia (Steve) of Tallahassee, FL; and brothers Samuel John Morley (Susan) of Tallahassee FL and John “Jack” Morley of Denver, CO.; nieces Anne Morley of Tallahassee FL and Alexandra Ecenia of New York, NY and nephews Augustus Morley of Tallahassee, FL and Samuel Ecenia of Boulder, CO.
Ruth was a beloved sister and friend who still lives in the hearts of those who cherish her memory.
