Ryan is survived by his mother Lisa A. Cook, brother Logan Cook, stepfather Jay Weingarten, grandparents Robert and Mary Luther and countless cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. He is preceded in death by his father John Robert Cook. Ryan Graduated from Family Foundation School, Hancock, NY and was continuing his education at Palm Beach State College.
Ryan was a dear, sweet, lovable, son and brother who had a great sense of humor and always made those around him laugh. He was someone that you instantly liked when you met him. He also had a love of the ocean, was a certified scuba diver, loved fishing and hanging out at the beach. Ryan will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.
