Carol Hieb

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, great grandmother and great great grandmother and spiritual guidance. Carol Ann Hieb departed this life on July 5, 2025, at age 80. Born on June 22, 1945, Carol devoted her life to family, faith in god and the service as a minister of The Salvation Army. She touched countless lives through her acts of kindness, compassion, and her unwavering commitment to her family and community.

Carols words comforted many and her presence brought peace to all who knew her.

She is survived by her 6 children: Marlynn, Carolynn, Lynda, Louis, Albert, and Robert. Along with 26 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter and her sister Suzanne. And many hanai children, all who carry her spirit forward with love and gratitude. She is preceded by her beloving husband Richard Hieb and her beloved grandson Noe Ortiz and her brother Albert. She was the heartbeat of our family, steady, strong and full of grace.

Her memory will continue to guide and inspire us and her absence will be deeply felt everyday.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on September 13, 2025 at 12PM at Kalama Park Pavilion (location may change). We thank everyone for the outpouring of love and support during this time.
