Charles Tokuyuki Izumi, 70, of Hilo passed away on August 22, 2023. Born November 11, 1952 in Honolulu, he was a retired Plant Protection Quarantine Officer with the USDA.
He is survived by wife, Annette Izumi; son, Erik (Wendee) Izumi; daughter, Kimberly Izumi; brother, Jerry (Joann) Izumi; sister, Trude Nogami; 3 grandchildren, in addition to numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
