
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014, at Ballard Family Mortuary, services will begin at 11 a.m., and cremation will follow.
Charlotte was employed at Subway Whalers Village in Kaanapali. She was a very loving and caring person who was always there if you needed help.
Charlotte was predeceased by her parents, Charlotte and Samson Biga, her first husband, Allen James Costa, and second husband, beloved Dell Lani Naki Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Cathy (David) Nacua, Carol (Jacob) Kalehuawehe, Lyndell (Kai) Naki, Chardell (Julian) Naki; son, Brandon Dell (Keiki) Costa-Naki; grandchildren, Dustin “Bubba” (Nikki) Costa, Allen Kimo Kalehuawehe, Kaleo Nacua Costa, Heather (Adrian) Kalehuawehe, Peter (Amber) Kalehuawehe, Leihulu Costa, Kaloke Costa-Dizon, Braidon Naki-Neizman, Jusaleen and Junaiah Marquez; great-granddaughter, Daysia Costa; sister, Yolanda (Albert-Dall) Dizon; brothers, Samson Biga, Anthony (Jenny) Biga, Sheldon (Marie) Biga, and Samuel (Sue) Pagatpatan.
Charlotte was predeceased by her brothers, William “Boy” Biga, and Michael Biga.
