Clarence is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as a warehouse manager for Y. Hata and was also a professional musician who played in various bands in the Lahaina/Kaanapali area.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 1p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului; service will begin at 11 a.m. and cremation will follow. Family requests to limit flowers to lei only.
Clarence is survived by his sons, Clarence Yamamoto Jr. (Pam), Frank Yamamoto (Laurie), John Yamamoto (Betty), and Michael Yamamoto; sisters, Mary Pereza, Emmaline Bruhn, Trevelyn Pauler, and Norrine Yamamoto; 9 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wife, Norma Yamamoto.
