Clifford Fernandez, 71, of Hilo, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017. Clifford was a Papaya Inspector and a retiree from the State of Hawaii. No Services Held. Survived by his brothers Calvin (Valerie) Fernandez of Honolulu and Randall (Magdalene) Fernandez of Hawaiian Beaches; several nieces and nephews; Aunty Eleanor Fernandez from Papaikou and Aunty Dorothy (Johnny) Deconte of Waipunalei.
