

Visitation will be held from 8:30am-10am on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 125 West Kamehameha Avenue Kahului; services will begin at 10am; burial will follow, 1pm at the Maui Veteran’s Cemetery in Makawao.
Frank was a retired Equipment Operator for the County of Maui at Waiehu Golf Course and he also retired from Host Marriott at the Kahului Airport. Frank is a Veteran of the US Army.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Leone Purugganan. Frank is survived by his children, Leila (Francis) Maddela, Lyle (Karen) Purugganan, Frank (Menchu) Carillo, Rodney (Lori) Carillo, Lori (Robert) Chiasson; grandchildren, Isaiah (Madison) Maddela, Leah Maddela, Levi Maddela, Kawaihokulani Purugganan, Kalena Quiocho, Kimberlee (Travis) Horka, Krystin (Reid) Maruishi, Dustin Carillo, Taryn Carillo; great grandchildren, Treicen Horka, Teigan Horka, Ellie Maruishi, Dillion Carillo; sister, Anastacia Gottmers; and brother, Raymond (Maxine) Purugganan Sr.
