Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Kings Cathedral in Kahului, service will begin at 10:30 a.m., and burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park, Garden of Meditation.
James was a dedicated husband, father, and papa. His dedication was also seen at his job as a concrete mixer operator at Hawaiian Cement which was formerly known as Maui Concrete & Aggregate. He worked there for over 35 years, retiring in July 2000.
He was predeceased by his wife, Jane Leilani Santos.
He is survived by his son, Jamie Scott “Jimbo” Santos; daughter, Danette Naomi (Milton) Oyama; brothers, Edward and Jules Santos; sisters, Mary (Bud) Hamrick, and Violet (John) Martinez; granddaughter, Hoku Patao-Santos; and great-granddaughter, Leilani Kamea Patao-Santos.
